Ms. Mary Quinn is a HR Expert with substantial experience in all aspects of Human Resources. She has experience with employee base of 5 employees to 2,500 employees, in varied manufacturing, not-for-profits, political, healthcare and academic environments. Special expertise in project implementations targeted at organizational goals, and developing buy-in for change at all levels of an organization.
Mary has a keen ability to assess staffing skills, potential and resulting impact to organization. She has the ability to develop and lead teams within changing environment. She is also able to develop strong communication with organizational leaders, staff and union employees. Mary has extensive experience with labor contract negotiations and she is able to assess intradepartmental/intra-organizational and individual employee issues and train managers on potential solutions.
Within the project management area Ms. Quinn is able to design and lead change management projects to restructure operations in support of organizational mergers. Mary has spent substantial time in Ireland and South America. She worked at the University of Chicago in the biological sciences division, the largest division in the University, as Director of Human Resources for more than 15 years. Currently, Ms. Quinn is the President of Vision HR, a Human Resources consulting firm focusing on small to midsize companies in need of senior level human resources expertise and employee relations resolutions. She can read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
