Nick Sethi is a global expert in delivering innovative financial solution to clients across different verticals. He has worked on various assignments on entry strategies, feasibility studies, operational and financial restructuring, placement of equity & debt across industries and geographies during the twelve years of his working experience.
Nick has worked on advising clients on entry fit analysis, positioning and acquisition advise-valuation due diligence hence completing the full cycle. His notable achievements have been getting the second largest brewery group in the world into India and advising them on six strategic acquisitions.
Mr. Sethi also has handled assignments in financial and operational turnarounds across verticals and geographies having done transactions in India, Thailand and Australia by negotiating debts with the creditors, negotiating payment terms with suppliers, advising on disposing of non-core assets, implementing MIS and reporting systems as well as being retained as interim CFO.
Besides his active association with S2C, Nick is currently an advisor to a diversified industrial group in Central India as well as advising an Asset Management Company being formed out of the Middle East.
